It's a new year 2006!! Unbelievable how time passes so fast. No new year resolution for me as I nv keep to them. Last year 2005 was quite a good yr bur there were bad times as well. Which year doesn't have its downside at all? Hopefully this year will be a better year for me although I don't see the sunshine at all.
I have been feeling tired and sleepy during this whole week when sch started. Tues had open hse meeting in the evening that although it was quite a short one as compared to the previous, I was tired when I reached home. I didn't have any energy left to do my accounts tutorial. Then I attended the motivation talk by
Dr William Tan on wed and I felt real tired after that. I'm motivated to strive towards my dream but am not motivated to go for stats lect and it was the most torturing lect I ever had. The lect had started already by the time I reached and my friends and I had to sit in front plus I kept knocking off here and there. Sitting in front means I cannot listen to music, slp a bit or eat. That night I slept ard 4 plus as I was typing out emails.
CDS project meeting on thurs was quite a fruitful one but it is getting to be a headache as we had to come up with a bird eye view of the island. All my grp members including me are from business and not from design or IT. It is gg to be a challenge to get the project done up. The report is no prob at all after the decision and allocation. That night, it was also the first campus crusade life meeting of this year. I led worship and thank God that everything went well. By the time I went home, I was tired that I slept ard 1 plus I think.
As for today, the sch was having
WILL@TP.
Dr Willian Tan had to go around the sports track in his wheelchair non-stop from thurs 6pm to today 6pm. A new guinness world record. Really gotta give the guy the respect and admiration for his strength, stamina and preservance. Tp has committed to run wif him so there muz at least be 1 person on the track running. O yeah, did i mention that he is a Christian as well? Hee ;)
Debrief was at 0830 before heading to the track. Everyone involved had to run at least 3 rounds without walking or else, 1 round will be disqualified. Proof is by the number of sticks you have. Every completion of 1 round gives you 1 stick. BSC main com had to run from 3am-6am and the average for guys was 20 plus rounds. Crazy rite!! Wait till you hear this. BSC president ran 42 rounds within that time frame. My goodness. He not human sia. Don't forget you cannot walk. I only manage to complete 4 rounds as my stomach hurts badly that I had to stop. Quite sad la. I was aiming for 5-10 rounds.
After that, I was super shagged as I haven't been getting enuf slp. Even though I had LOA from 0900-1300 and I did not need to attend stats tutorial, I went as I wanted to see my mid-sem tests paper. Then I was supposed to have project meeting after lunch but my grp mates persuaded me to go home rest after we had lunch as they saw how tired I was. Really thank God for having such wonderful grp mates. So I went home, rested a while before meeting
amy jie at city hall for dinner. We ate a japanese restaurant
'Uma Uma Men'. The food was not bad and yeah, it was
amy jie's treat. Nxt time my turn. We had a great time talking, sharing and eating. [
Bert-> No arrows. Wahahaha ;p]
Ok..gonna have to go soon as I needa go sch at 10am tmr for lect. Cya and have a blessed year!! ;)
