i finally decided to do my qt yesterday evening aft like so long. the amazing part was tat wat i read really hit me on my head. the material was on the Lord's Supper. it was only den did i realised tat taking part in Communion to me, is simply another 'church ting' tat i do every first sunday of the mth. not tat i had forgotten wat it signifies, but wat it really meant to me when i partake in the Lord's Supper. yes, it is indeed a time of confession and seeking forgiveness. i pray n confess n seek for God's forgiveness as i usually do. but do i really mean it in my heart? or has it become like a daily routine to me, saying and doing the same ting? in 1 Cor 11:27-29, it speaks that Communion requires us to examine ourselves. we should confirm in our hearts that we are indeed Jesus's followers and accepting that His death on the cross is sufficient n the only way to salvation. also, we should confess every single sin we have before partaking in the Lord's Supper. Otherwise, we bring judgement upon ourselves if we eat and drink "in an unworthy manner."

Partaking in the Lord's Supper is a serious act of worship. It is also a time for us to remember tat God has counted the cost tat we can nv ever repay in our entire lives. one qn we should bear in mind, "Who are we to God tat He paid such a price for us?" in the first place, we are sinful and we have done so many tings tat are displeasing in His eyes. and although God created every single mankind on earth, we choose to turn our backs on Him and rebel against Him. it was our choice to sin. there was no way we can ever please God or meet His standards. but being a loving God and wanting to restore the relationship, He provided a way out for us by sending Jesus to die on the cross in our place. thus upon believing and accepting Jesus, salvation is securred and we become saved sinners.

hmm..looks like i needa do some reflection already. k..gonna go study for my bio. nitez..
