Mugging mugging mug mug. That is how I have been spending most of my time this week. CNY was short as I only went visiting for 1 day and there were some not so good news. Even so, dinners were good as I had steamboat on Sunday and Monday and a few mahjong sessions. Up to count, I have a total of 4 steamboats this mth. Wahhh..enough already. Still, it is healthy so I don't really mind. Haha :P

As stated in front, I have been spending my time studying outside together with the crusaders. The places we went to eat or study or both were the airport (T2 BK, Macs, Starbucks & staff canteen, T1 Popeye & Delifrance Cafe) and Peninsula Plaza's BK. The recommended place to study is actually the Delifrance Cafe as it is more quiet as compared to the rest. My studying has been quite productive so far as I have covered finish my 2 HR modules. Hopefully I am able to remember and retain in my head the stuffs I had tried to remember, learn and understand. I really want to do my exam papers well this semester so that I can pull all my grades up to A besides Communication Skills 2 that is which I hope to at least obtain a B. :)

This coming monday, 26 Feb, will be Gen12ii Commissioning for my mission trip to Mongolia. Please continue to pray for me in my support raising as I still have a long way to go to reach $2,500 and also for the weather there because it will be -10 degrees to 10 degrees. Blurr..somemore I can't take much cold. O..and pray that as my team is there, we will take the chance to really share Christ to the students in the 2 Universities we will be visiting and that God will break down all barriers especially communication as most of us do not know the Mongolian language.

Ok..I have better get back to my studies. To all my TP friends, all the best for your papers. Press on. Jiayo. Ganbatte. :)

I can finally take a breather after weeks of doing projects. This term has certainly been tiring and tedious with all the different projects and tests to study for. The whole process would have been a killer if it was not for certain group of people that God has placed in my life.

1. My indispensable group members (Tajjlee, Eunice, Vivien, Priya & Delvina)
- It has been great working with all of them through the projects. Without these guys, the projects would not have been going smoothly nor would we have fun doing them. And I don't know whether I should be thanking for this or not but thank them for the different nicknames they have given to the tutors because it brought humour to my group.

2. The gals in Daphne's group (Daphne, Melissa, Hamizah, Abigail & Lay Yi)
- Their group has been great company in the Comm Hub. It was wonderful knowing them all through the meals, chats and laughters.

3. Tutors (Ms Tay, Ms Tan, Mrs Thomas & Mr Nah)
- Thank God for such tutors who are approachable and available as well as who care more than just having to teach and do what they need to do. They have been patient in meeting my project groups especially for CJP and Comm Skills.

4. Foo Min (My group's contact personnel from PA)
- The project internship would not have been going smoothly if it was not for all the help Foo Min has given my group. She has been super nice to us.

I really thank God for all these people who have made this semester better than it is supposed to be.

This week was almost the finale for all my projects. There were submissions for HR report, collaterals, speech writing, CI manual, crisis manual and 2 reflective journals. Also, there were CJP&PCC presentation, HR role-play and mind-maps presentation. Now all thatis left is Comm Skills role-play. Hence, I am super happy. Haha ;)

However, all was not lost besides the projects as I still found time for other things. On Monday, it was the last DG for this semester and I did a spiritual gifts test with my gals. It was interesting to hear the gifts they have developed or are developing. On Wednesday, it was pizza under the stars during LM and on Thursday, something interesting happened. When Ms Tan pressed the button for the screen to move up, the projector was lifted up from its position as the bottom of the screen was hooked underneath it. It was super funny especially since it took quite a while for one of us to react as the people who saw what was happening just sat shocked with "Oh my god" coming out of their mouths. It was super funny. Hahahahaha :P Also, I received my test grade and thank God I did not do badly. I got a B so it was quite acceptable.

As for Friday, I was in the Comm Hub and had lunch there together with gals in Daphne's group as my group did not want to eat yet. After Daphne's group left for their presentation, I was waiting to collect the reflective journals and stayed on with Eunice, Vivien, Priya, Delvina and Tajjlee. Soon after a while, only Eunice, Vivien and myself were left in the Hub as I was only meeting my mission team at Dover only at 5pm and I was lazy to go home. And guess what I did? I was so tired that I combined 2 roller chairs and slept on it. Haha. Next time I shall bring sleeping bag and leave it in the Hub. Wahahaha. :P

I left at 3pm to place the journals on the tutors' tables before heading off to Dover. My bus took super long to come and I could not board the first one that arrived as it was fully packed. I only managed to get onto the second bus at almost 4pm and that was when I received a call from Daphne few minutes later. I was surprised to hear that that her group just finished their presentation since I heard it was supposed to start at 2pm. Anyway, her call made me alight the next stop and returned back to school as we needed to discuss our role-play due to something important that has happened. The frustrating thing was that I could have left at 5pm if I knew earlier that Ms Tan was on half-day leave and we did not need to wait for her to call me back. Arghhh. In the end, I left at 6pm and reached Dover at 7 plus for my mission team meeting at SP. Somehow when I was at SP, it felt like I was in Secondary School instead of Poly because of its structure, floorings, doors, etc. But it was so cool that SP Crusaders have their own crusade room. May TP Crusade has one too. :) After the meeting, we had dinner at Clementi before heading home. I need to start planning for the special program for my Mogolia mission trip as logistics need to be settled soon and plus, I am the program IC. So there it goes.

As for today, I had to go back to school for role-play meeting. Sad can. Somemore it is a Saturday. As expected, the guy could not come and that left us the gals to try to sort things out as the role-play is a group collaboration. Hence, we went to find Ms Tan who was not in her room but instead, at JAE Admission in the Auditorium. It was kind of interesting as we could post off as the students coming for the admission when we entered. As we were waiting for Ms Tan to finish her talk, one of the tutors approached us and his face displayed a surprise and shocking expression when we told him we were looking for our tutor. Haha. It was not surprising as who would come down to look for a tutor on a Saturday especially at JAE Admission.

However, I felt that Ms Tan was sort of expecting us but probably not all of us as I had left her a note on her table the day before. Initially, I was waiting for her call in the morning but she told us that she had to be at the Auditorium, thus she did not have the time to call me. Still in the end, we went to find her and it was a good thing we did. She helped to lift a big rock off our backs. O..and we saw Ms Tay and her cute son. Haha. It was my first time seeing her dressed casually in school in tweety bird t-shirt, jeans and sling-bag. Lecturers in Business School are always dressed nicely and poised. Well...the meeting went pretty smoothly and we ended before 12 noon. After that, Magdalene and I went to catch the movie "Miss Potter" at TM before heading for lunch at Sakae Sushi in White Sands.

Yup..that's all for this week. Next week is going to be busy and I have to take injections on Monday. Ahhh...I don't want. O well. Ok..till another time.
