Yay!! Chinese New Year is here. Hong bao lai hong bao lai hong bao hong bao hong bao lai lai lai. Hehe..Calm down jess. Let's not get too excited so fast. :p

I haven't been blogging much recently due to all the projects and reports that are due this week. Practically I have been staying up late nights till 4 plus 5 plus to finish up my projects. Thurs was the 'finale'. I had two projects' presentations, one in the classroom while the other in the lecture hall. The one that took me a lot of time to complete was my CDS, held in the lecture hall. I had to spend many days and hours to design the map, edit pictures and settle the powerpoint slides as the presentation was a proposal for an island. Interesting yet it took much effort and time. All I can say now is that thank God the presentation is done and over with; and I would say my group did a wonderful job than compared to the rest as our island theme was very much focus. Hehee ;)

As for today, I had statistics test that went rather well even though I didn't study due to my tiredness and my sickness since thurs. I'm still much rather tired and sick. Good thing my slight fever didn't last long. Now left with flu, cough and sore throat.

At night, I had bbq at klement's hse as part of crusade's CNY celebration. See! I sick still go. Hehe. It was fun and good food. The dog however was not friendly and kept barking. So sad..I guess it isn't expose much to people as it is always at the back of the kitchen. Aww..but the dog is cute. Haha ;P

Right now I'm feeling super sleepy and my eyes are almost closing plus I'm sick. I will be sitting the bed soon but before that, wishing all you guys out there a HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR!! =)

Have fun, eat good food and drink lots of water. Hee..take care.

Today was both a bad and great day. The bad thing was I had to go to sch on a sat and sat is supposed to be my slping day where I can wake up late to compensate for the slping hrs that I have been missing, which are actually quite a lot. Hehe. I had to get my early as my accounting test starts at 0920 (10 minutes of reading time) where as I only slpt at 0400 as I was trying to study for the paper. In the end, I kept knocking off a few times throughout the whole duration and nothing goes into my head. Guess I was already tired as I had open house meeting until 9 plus the previous day.

Well..the accounting test was terrible. The questions were tough manz. Haiz..I'm really not an accounting student. It is not my cup of tea. Then had accounting lecture after that, which I only stayed for the first half as I could not take it. The lecturer basically took almost an hour going through 4 pages and teaching it in her monotaneous voice. Can't blame me for leaving right?

Then afternoon I went shopping at China Town with my parents and I didn't realise there was so many nice clothes. It was my first time buying so many clothes in a day. Fun sia. Must go there and shop again if there's a chance to go there again. Best is go with my mum. Hehe ;)

As for the past few days, it's been raining except for fri and today and I was freezing during lectures and tutorials. So I resorted to buying a cup of hot drink to bring into lectures as a source of heat. Also, my mbs project is due on mon and so have been rushing to complete it, which is most of them I do as my project members are 'access idiots'. Haiz..same as last sem where I had to stay up 3 nights to complete a project using dreamweaver. It's fun though despite all the work, tiredness and frustration.

Ok..I shall end here and not continue on with the dragging. Until next update. Cya.

It's a new year 2006!! Unbelievable how time passes so fast. No new year resolution for me as I nv keep to them. Last year 2005 was quite a good yr bur there were bad times as well. Which year doesn't have its downside at all? Hopefully this year will be a better year for me although I don't see the sunshine at all.

I have been feeling tired and sleepy during this whole week when sch started. Tues had open hse meeting in the evening that although it was quite a short one as compared to the previous, I was tired when I reached home. I didn't have any energy left to do my accounts tutorial. Then I attended the motivation talk by Dr William Tan on wed and I felt real tired after that. I'm motivated to strive towards my dream but am not motivated to go for stats lect and it was the most torturing lect I ever had. The lect had started already by the time I reached and my friends and I had to sit in front plus I kept knocking off here and there. Sitting in front means I cannot listen to music, slp a bit or eat. That night I slept ard 4 plus as I was typing out emails.

CDS project meeting on thurs was quite a fruitful one but it is getting to be a headache as we had to come up with a bird eye view of the island. All my grp members including me are from business and not from design or IT. It is gg to be a challenge to get the project done up. The report is no prob at all after the decision and allocation. That night, it was also the first campus crusade life meeting of this year. I led worship and thank God that everything went well. By the time I went home, I was tired that I slept ard 1 plus I think.

As for today, the sch was having WILL@TP. Dr Willian Tan had to go around the sports track in his wheelchair non-stop from thurs 6pm to today 6pm. A new guinness world record. Really gotta give the guy the respect and admiration for his strength, stamina and preservance. Tp has committed to run wif him so there muz at least be 1 person on the track running. O yeah, did i mention that he is a Christian as well? Hee ;)

Debrief was at 0830 before heading to the track. Everyone involved had to run at least 3 rounds without walking or else, 1 round will be disqualified. Proof is by the number of sticks you have. Every completion of 1 round gives you 1 stick. BSC main com had to run from 3am-6am and the average for guys was 20 plus rounds. Crazy rite!! Wait till you hear this. BSC president ran 42 rounds within that time frame. My goodness. He not human sia. Don't forget you cannot walk. I only manage to complete 4 rounds as my stomach hurts badly that I had to stop. Quite sad la. I was aiming for 5-10 rounds.

After that, I was super shagged as I haven't been getting enuf slp. Even though I had LOA from 0900-1300 and I did not need to attend stats tutorial, I went as I wanted to see my mid-sem tests paper. Then I was supposed to have project meeting after lunch but my grp mates persuaded me to go home rest after we had lunch as they saw how tired I was. Really thank God for having such wonderful grp mates. So I went home, rested a while before meeting amy jie at city hall for dinner. We ate a japanese restaurant 'Uma Uma Men'. The food was not bad and yeah, it was amy jie's treat. Nxt time my turn. We had a great time talking, sharing and eating. [Bert-> No arrows. Wahahaha ;p]

Ok..gonna have to go soon as I needa go sch at 10am tmr for lect. Cya and have a blessed year!! ;)
