past few days had been really boring and horrible!!! i got back all my prelims results on mon n tues n ppl kept asking me,"you ok?" do i look ok to u? if i am, den yeah la. if not, den watever u tink la. i dun care already. juz stop asking me. argh..
there were 2 tings tat i discovered tis wk. first is my character. to me, tis character mite be gd. but to others, i dunno. most probably will get a "no good" frm dem. watever la. yeah..den the second ting is the part where it concerns Christians in their faith. there are a few who had tried to place their faith in God again after a big disappointment in their O level chinese results. it took them a lot of courage. during prelims, they tried their very best n told God tat the rest is up to Him. but when the results came back, they cried and asked God why. some may be to the extent of "scolding" Him. their faith den starts to waver and the trust in God starts to disappear.
tis to me is a test frm God. are we only praising Him when tings come as we want to but get mad at Him when He allowed u to go through hurt n pain? remember tat He is our Father and tat there is noting more tat He wants den the best for His children. God has bigger plans for each one of us den wat our eyes see. we need to trust in Him. i am aso struggling wif tis too.
o wellz..todae half the class skipped sch. but i am one of the guai ones tat still went. hee.. no la..actually wanted to skip aso but got check papers so had to go. tmr got chem prac tat i dun wanna miss. so obviously have to go. fri lehz..skip la!! wanna study at home anyway. o..n i finally watched

yay..prelims are over but i am not a happy gal due to some reasons. still..needa start studying even harder for my O levels. gotta push myself to study. tis wk was a horrible one. physics paper totally sux and many ppl are falling sick. better take care yeah guys..
nothing much to update actually coz besides prelims, there's nothing else to tok abt. o yeah..today sbm was ok. we started on the first chpt of John and it was productive. then we had a time of prayer for the church, ym, country, school, non-Christian frenz among us and our fellow bros n sis-in-Christ. yeap..

hmm..shld be studying for my geo prelim paper tmr. eng dun needa to study..actually noting to study. but it's raining!! such a nice weather to catch some Zz.. maybe i will. i tink i shall study at nite. it doesn't make any difference though cuz every nite i'm always slping at ard 3 plus. wat's amazing is tat i am still able to get up early even before the time i usually wake up n..without mom waking me. heh..weird manz..
prelim papers were so far ok..not tat bad n not tat gd as well la. hee.. bio prac was quite ok except the 1st experiment where we needed to cut the celery according to the diagram. a few of my frenz had to ask for another celery but lucky, i was able to get tat done. *wink* n crazy andrei was sort of toking to the test-tubes. he kept saying "shh.." cuz the test-tubes were making lotsa noise in the beaker even aft the fire was off. haha..so funny..
e mathes was ok i guess. hope to be able to get at least a B3. eng p1 was ok aso. chem was demn tricky. 1 qn can haf like the possibilty of 2 ans. headache sia.. my chem already not tat gd. haiz..o well..hope to be able to obtain a B3. as for bio todae..it was downright difficult. the questions were like tinking ones. can crack my head until i go crazy. sigh..still hopeing to get at least a B3 too.
okie..gotta go slp or maybe read the Word?? tink i shld do tat cuz hvn't been spending time reading God's Word. k..cya..

the never-ending love God has for me" n the third statement he gave aft he was chosen "
i would never haf done it without my Saviour, Jesus Christ." whoa manz..i really admire tis guy. he is sort of using his appearance on tv to spread God's love though in an undirect way. far out..tat shld wat we, as children of God, do. to use watever we have or are in for His glory.
o yeah..the verse on the bind n loose ting, i asked Joshua n he gave an ans tat cleared all my questions. we have to look at the whole verse
matt 16:19 "I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven." In New Living Translation, the verse states
"And I will give you the keys of the Kingdom of Heaven. Whatever you lock on earth will be locked in heaven, and whatever you open on earth will be opened in heaven." Now if we look at
isaiah 22:22 (NIV) "I will place on his shoulder the key to the house of David; what he opens no one can shut, and what he shuts no one can open."
from all these verses, the
key in the verse is the key to salvation, which is serious. This holds a huge responsibilty to the person having tat
key in opening to a person. when tat
key opens to a person, heaven will be open to him as well. It is a matter of life n death. in other words, we as Christians are holding tat
key which when we pass it to someone, tat someone is saved. thus, we can decide whether to spread tat
key, which may be the gospel or something else, with someone else. watever is the decision, it matters only whether the person will be saved or not; whether the person will have eternal life or not. n tis is a huge responsibilty as we haf tat "authority" to decide someone's life aft death.
yeap..tat's all i gotta say. if u luv God, do wat is pleasing to Him n not the other way round. k..nitey nitez.

hmm..am still doing research on the verse matt 16:19 but so far..all are the same as to hafing the authority in evaluating. Taken from a site: Jesus also says that Peter has the keys of the kingdom of heaven; this isn't that he admits people to heaven, but that Peter opened the door of the kingdom to both the Jews (
Acts 2:38 -39) and the Gentiles (Acts 10:34-44). in other words, as wat marcus has put it, not authority to determine but to announce, guilt or innocence.
also, am doing research on the pt of Jesus hafing a wife. i got no direct ans as the bible does not state clearly so. but check tis site:

before i start blogging,
HAPPY BIRTHDAY ALVIN!! hope u haf a blessed b'dae. =)
anyway, went to exercise a bit but not reallie tat much i guess. n i found out i gained weight. argh!! needa reallie start gg gym manz. sis? afternoon, finally managed to catch
cinderella n it was gd..real gd. the show was romantic
(obviously) but aso funny. hey..the show is not only for gals k? got lotsa guys went to watch too. heh..chad michael murray is handsome n cute. ;P
denz after show while waiting for rachel jie, i went to espirit n i ended up buying a top. hee..nice.. yeap..denz we studied at starbucks which i tink wld be our favourite spot soon. haha.. eat, drink n study. hmm..no wonder gain weight. todae ate like lotsa stuffs tat were fattening. o no!! gonna control loh.

my gdness manz..time passes real fast n today is like the weekend already. i can't believe it. my prelims are so near n i am like not tat prepared. i guess i am burned out aft the mid-yr. but still, i gotta haf to study. i wanna get gd marks for all my subs.
ok..todae..there was e-games. it was bowling at marina sq n ck, shane, nat, eunice n myself got lost while getting there. haha..i was glad cassandra came n tat she had fun too. n she reminded me of the treat of mud-pies tat i am suppose to give to my mei meis. heh ;P anyway, e-games was fun..n..funny. amy jie was like shouting..wait..more like screaming n jumping. hee..she got 2 strikes but she really improved a lot manz. amazing..haha.. yeap..in the end, gab's team won. yay!! o..n there was tis dance tingie at the fountain at suntec. the dances rux manz. i luv it. haha..
wellz..as for the other days, there was noting much besides studying n slping. i haf been feeling tired n weak these past few daes. i juz dunno why. hmm..anybody got ans? heh.. on wed, i had bible study wif joshua. i really learned a lot through tat but still got lots of qns. i am praying for my parents to get me a study bible n i hope dey will. as for fri sbm, i was happy tat chee yong came. surprisingly, the topic was sort of gonna be relevent to him n so is the nxt sbm n he is coming. yay!! yeah denz cheryl jie joined us n i was glad she had shared wif the grp n enjoyed herself. "a crappy bunch but nice.." tat's us o rite..heh ;P
o yeah..my classmates been toking abt christianity, catholic n islam. n wat abt the bk i tink is da vinci code? my christian fren n ask "Jesus has a wife?" my gdness..n guess wat..it is actually Lazurus's sister. when did Jesus ever has a wife? crap manz..my fren had better go read up the bible more often instead of ... ... ... ... ... aso, my frenz been toking abt the war in Ireland between the catholics n the protestants. been hafing a difficult time answering their qns.
